We able to offer a wide range of high quality recycled plastic bottles manufactured in rHDPE (PCR) these are designed to meet the sustainable packaging needs of your company.
Our environmentally friendly recycled plastic bottles are perfect for a range of uses these can be manufacture in either Tech grade rHDPE PCR or Food grade rHDPE PCR to suit your requirements.
We are able to manufacture at varying percentages from 30% to avoid the plastic packaging Tax all the way up tp 100%, using our off white or light sage green material as seen in the image.
We have been manufacturing with PCR since 2018 and have built up a vast knowledge on the use of PCR in plastic bottles over the past 5 years, working with many customers on there own projects consisting either of our stock tooling or there own bespoke tooling, we are able to offer a turn key project starting at the concept stage, design stage with full cad drawings and modeling if required and progressing to full production tooling which is then manufactured at our UK site.
